Good Friday Reminders:

 
Good Friday, is a day of abstinence and fasting for the dioceses of the United States. 
The Law of Abstinence prohibits the eating of meat. The obligation of abstinence begins at age 14. There is no ending age limit. If you have a health problem, use discretion. 
The Law of Fasting allows for one full meal and two smaller ones. The Law of Fasting obliges all between the ages of 18-59.
